How long does a custom build take?
Most builds run 2-4 weeks depending on complexity. A basic bumper? Closer to a week. A full cage with doors, roof, and a partridge in a pear tree? Give us 3-4 weeks. We'll give you a timeline upfront and actually stick to it.
Do you work on all side-by-side brands?
Yep. Polaris RZR, Can-Am Maverick and Commander, Honda Talon, Yamaha YXZ, Kawasaki Teryx, CFMOTO ZForce, Arctic Cat - if it's got a roll cage and goes sideways in the mud, we're your guys.
Can I bring my own design?
Absolutely. Bring a CAD file, a sketch, a photo of something you saw on Instagram, or just wave your hands around and describe it. We'll make it work.
What materials do you use?
Depends on the application. DOM tubing for cages and structural stuff, mild steel and plate for bumpers and skids, aluminum for weight-sensitive builds. We'll recommend the right material for your project - not just whatever's cheapest.
Do you powder coat?
We can arrange powder coating through our partners. Most builds go out in satin black, but we can do whatever color you want. Hot pink cage? We won't judge. Much.
Do you ship?
We do. Most parts can ship via freight or UPS depending on size. Local pickup from Kingsville is free and encouraged - you can see the shop, meet the crew, and maybe grab a beer.
What's your warranty?
Lifetime warranty on all welds. If something we welded cracks or fails, bring it back and we'll fix it. No questions, no fine print, no expiration. We build stuff to last, but if it doesn't, that's on us.
Can you install the parts you build?
If you're local or can bring your rig to the shop, absolutely. We'll bolt everything on and make sure it fits perfect. If you're remote, we include detailed install instructions and we're a phone call away if you get stuck.
